Heidi A. Kiss
She has over 18 years of success in the real estate markets in Canada, Florida and in Grand Cayman.
Heidi currently serves on the CIREBA Board of Directors. Heidi was the alternative Broker and assistant to John H. May the Broker of Capital Realty. Since John's passing in April 2011, Heidi has been given the important job of continuing John's legacy by managing the 18 successful CIREBA trained Sales Agents. She also is a Full Time Senior Real Estate Agent.
Heidi, a Canadian born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, first started in real estate in Mississauga, Ontario Canada in 1993, when the family developed farm land into 17 estate lots, located 20 minutes outside of Toronto, Canada. She has extensive experience in dealing with municipality planning departments along with environmental departments and other government agencies.
She then moved to Hollywood, Florida where she took her Florida Real Estate Exam and sold beachfront condos in 1996 and 1997.
In late 1997, she moved to the beautiful paradise island of Grand Cayman, where she bought and sold property of her own.
Heidi acquired her Cayman Islands Real Estate Association License and started selling real estate early 2004. Heidi joined John H. May at Capital Realty Ltd in January 2005. With John May as her Mentor she has grown in her knowledge of all the aspects of real estate, commercial and residential leasing, selling, purchasing, and development.
Heidi has an extensive knowledge of the island and enjoys helping people buy and sell real estate. She says "It is truly a satisfying work, assisting people to make probably one of the most major financial decisions of their life, i.e. a purchase of their home." "Either People have too much real estate or not enough that, is where I come in to assist.” “The key to developing lasting relationships with my customers and clients is providing market knowledge, honesty and integrity.
