Originally from the United States, Teresa has lived in Grand Cayman for the past 23 years.  She has over 20 years experience in Construction and Development in Cayman from single-family homes to large estate homes, commercial projects, rental properties and two resorts.  Her hands on experience brings an additional level of understanding and clarity to any property whether developed or in the conceptual stages.  Having also owned and operated an Interior Design company the fine details of any property will never be over looked.  Finding the right fit for her clients is the top priority.
