Roger Small grew up in the Cayman Islands and has seen many changes in the real estate market. In 2002, Roger moved to London to study Urban Estate Management at the University of Westminster and set up his own Property Company. After Eight years in the UK, he decided to return home and has found the perfect role which complements his knowledge and skills.
