Kim combines her enthusiasm for the real estate business with the diverse experience she brings to the Capital Realty Team. having previously served in the Metropolitan Police in London, and managed the enforcement section of the Rights of Way Department in her home town of Bury St. Edmonds, Suffolk, UK. Kim is not shy of hard work and has a dogged determination to succeed. These positions together with her two years working for the Cayman Islands Planning Department have equipped Kim with numerous skills ranging from effective communication to excellent customer service, as well as proving she is able to work well under pressure. Kim was recognised by her peers, customers and members of the public for her work in the Cayman Islands Planning department when in 2007, she received a Certificate of Acknowledgement for The Governor's Five Star Award for Customer Excellence.
Head hunted by a local real estate firm in 2008, Kim changed career direction and has achieved great success as a professional real estate agent. Kim is familiar with both the new home and the residential resale markets. She has the knowledge, expertise and resources to market your home effectively, and to choose the right neighbourhood for you and your family.
Kim believes that rreal estate is much more than buying or selling a home. When Kim is not busy with real estate, she can either be found on the golf course, trying to improve her swing, or sailing at the Cayman Islands Sailing Club, or with friends putting her Royal Yachting Association Day Skipper qualification to test.
