Deborah Morrison heads up our Rental and Property Management division of Capital Realty allowing you to relax and enjoy all the benefits of your investment property.  When you buy an investment property in another country you want to be sure that your Agent and Property Manager works for YOU, the landlord ANDmakes sure your tenant is happy and pays the rent on time.

We have strong marketing tools and a network of other rental agents inour office to ensure your property does not sit vacant and therefore costyou money. Other duties, Deborah will provide is:

  • Rent Evaluation, setting the rent to attract a renter
  • Advertising (locally and internationally) and showing property
  • Placement of a suitable tenant, (this includes screening and calling references, past landlords)
  • Inventories (taking a detailed inventory of the condo)
  • Utility transfers (assisting the tenant in putting the CUC (electric) and water into the Tenants name)
  • Preparation & Execution of Lease Agreements
  • Assist with owner/tenant negotiations
  • Deposit and Rent collections
  • Monthly bill payments
  • Monthly statements to you
  • Banking (depositing proceeds into your local bank account)
  • Property maintenance and repairs (we have a group of diligent and trustworthy trades persons we call)
  • Periodic property inspections
